Hand-carved from aged Kentucky cherry wood based on a centuries-old French tradition, this tasting spoon is as fun as it is functional.  A "safe"  way to prepare and serve your soups, stews, and sauces.  The channel carved into the long handle allows hot liquids to flow from the stirring end to the tasting end--cooling down along the way.  Leave it to the French to design such a clever culinary tool.
