Completely Kentucky uses UPS and USPS for shipping.  Shipping charges are calculated by them and provided on the web site.  We ship from the store and should the shipping charge greatly exceed what the web site calculated, we will contact you before shipping the item to collect the difference.  It will be your option to cancell the order if you choose not to pay the difference.

If your item arrives damaged, we apologize.  Please keep all the packing materials and send photos of the damage to  info@completelykentucky.com  so we can begin the process to replace the damaged items.  Please don't hesitate to call at 502-223-5240 if you have any questions.
