To ensure your chocolates, or other heat-sensitive treats arrive in perfect condition, we highly recommend adding a reusable gel ice pack to your cart if temperatures in your area are above 75°F. 

We time when shipments go out, to avoid weekends so your package won’t sit in a hot facility.

Keep in mind: 

This is an add-on item only and adding one to your cart will cover your full order (sometimes we use multiples depending on the order size). This is not required for cooler months. Plus you get to reuse this, win-win.
