Charlie the chocolate lab steals hearts (and treats)

We had the pleasure of meeting Charlie — the 1-year-old (soon-to-be 2!) chocolate lab from Lawrenceburg who knows exactly how to work a room… and a treat bag.Charlie’s not just cute — she’s highly motivated. With a laser focus and a wagging tail, she nailed sit, shake, and lay down like a seasoned pro, and all for the holy grail: a treat. No hesitation. No missed cues. Just pure, treat-driven excellence. Her owner told us she’s still surprised Charlie only weighs 50 pounds — and we get it. This pup has the personality of a 100-pound goofball packed into a sleek, cocoa-colored frame. She’s quick, smart, and as sweet as the chocolate she’s named after (but way better for your health).We’re so glad Charlie stopped in and made our day a little brighter — and our treat stash a little lighter. Come back anytime, birthday girl! September’s right around the corner, and we’re pretty sure we owe you a celebratory snack or two.
