There is a no more iconic scene in central Kentucky than a tobacco barn. Our Kentucky artist Fran was attracted to this barn on Switzer Road in Franklin County, which reminded her of the farm where she grew up and had helped with the crop.

Here they come rounding the first turn at the 145th Kentucky Derby in 2019. Looking into the stands it's hard to imagine the stands this full in today's world! This race was the last time we'd see the Derby with the same amount of flair and fanfare for some time to come. Something to be remembered.
