To our Completely Kentucky preferred customers,

Our web site is on a local secure server.  We do not use a third party company to store or manage our data. And we never, EVER share our customer’s information with anyone. We do all the data entry ourselves (when we find time). Here is a list of frequently asked questions. Please contact us if you have any other questions or concerns.

What is an “account”?

In order for us to be able to send you discounts, you must have an “account” on the web site. We used the information you gave (name, email, birthday, etc.) us when you were in our store and added you to the web site. This means that when we have a special sale, event or offer, you will be notified via email.

What is the birthday club?

We will send you an email on your birthday with a 20% off coupon. This email will arrive on your birthday to the email address you gave us. With this coupon you will receive 20% off an entire purchase. This is a one use coupon, but you have 30 days to use it.

How do I get my birthday discount when I buy from the web site?

We process all transactions at Completely Kentucky which means we will apply the discount at the time we run your credit card. The web site calculates the total before the discount. You need to forward the birthday email (instructions are in the email) to us before you finalize your order.

How often should I expect emails from Completely Kentucky?

If you’ve signed up for the birthday club, you will receive an email on your birthday. We will also send emails when we’re having a sale or special event. We do not use any third parties to handle any of our customer contacts. We email our customers when we are offering discounts or specials. We send less than twelve emails a year.

How do I get my free shipping discount when I buy from the web site?

The web site calculates the total before the discount. You need to enter the free shipping code in the Comments section when you finalize your purchase. We process all transactions at Completely Kentucky which means we will apply the discount at the time we run your credit card.

Do I need to create a separate order when I want to buy for different people?

Not necessarily. You may choose all the items and then use the Comments section to give us instructions for each. We will have to calculate the shipping in the store since the web site won’t know where each item is going. We will then contact you with the total. Or, you may keep each purchase separate, entering the gift card information and credit card information for each purchase. We are here to help make your purchases as easy as possible, so please choose which ever way is most convenient for you.

The web site is not processing my purchase!!! What should I do?

We apologize. Occasionally there is a browser conflict, a java script incompatibility or some gremlin that causes problems. During the day, please call us and we will complete your order by phone, 502-223-5240 & 800-457-1990. After store hours please email the order with a phone number so we can get your billing information the next day. We are here to help make your purchases as easy as possible, so please choose which ever way is most convenient for you.

How can I check my “account” information?

Log into the web site, https://www.completelykentucky.com

Choose “My account” from the upper right side of the home page.
Choose “Edit”
Choose “Contact Information” to check your contact info
Choose “Product Preferences” to let us know what you’re interested in
Choose “User Options” to check your birthday (we don’t care about the year, just make sure you are at least one year old, otherwise it won’t send you a birthday discount).

What is my user id?

If we entered your data, then we used your first name and your entire last name as your user id. Your user id is all one word, no spaces. Example, user id janesmith. You may log in and change it to whatever you like.

What if I forget my password?

Log in with your user id (your first name and your entire last name) and click send new password. You will receive an email with a one time log in link. You may then change your user id and password.

I want to be in the birthday club. What do I do?

Log into the web site, https://www.completelykentucky.com

Choose “My account” from the upper right side of the home page.
Choose “Edit”
Choose “User Options”
Enter your birthday (we don’t care about the year, just make sure you are at least one year old, otherwise it won’t send you a birthday discount).

You may also check your other information just to make sure we entered it correctly.

I signed up last year, why am getting this email now?

We do all the data entry ourselves, when we get time, and unfortunately we sometimes get behind. Sorry.

What do you do with my information?

We send the birthday and other emails through the web site that is on a local secure server.  We do not use a third party company to store or manage our data. AND we never, EVER share our customer’s information with anyone.

How did you get my email?

We have a sign up sheet on our counter where customers can ask to be in the birthday club (you get a 20% off coupon) and to receive notices of specials and other sales.  We also give gift cards away monthly and during special events. We do all the data entry ourselves (when we find time). We do not purchase nor do we EVER sell or allow others any access to our customer data.

What if I want to include a message on a gift card?

Just type the message in the “Comments” section when you check out. We’ll make sure your message is on the gift card.

Do you gift wrap?

Absolutely, and it’s always free. Just make sure you mention the occasion in the “Comments” section and we’ll take care of it.

How do I use a Completely Kentucky gift card on-line?

Please enter the entire number on the back of your gift card in the “Comments” section of our web site. We’ll process it in the store. If you also enter a credit card, we’ll use the gift card balance first and charge the balance to your credit card.

What if I need to return an item?

We will gladly refund the amount you paid for the item to a gift card or to your credit card if the item is returned undamaged within 60 days of purchase. Please contact us at 502-223-5240 or info@completelykentucky.com and let us know the reason for your return and so we can answer any questions about packaging. How do I remove my information?

If you'd like for your name and email to be removed from our system, we will do it immediately.   Just use click on the Contact link along the banner on the home page http://completelykentucky.com/contact/. Or email us at info@completelykentucky.com.
